This page describes the public fixed-scope offer. Project-specific details are confirmed in writing on WhatsApp before production begins. It is not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal review.
Service scope
Made Desirable produces fixed-scope 10-second vertical product ads from client-supplied digital references. The exact concept, product, deliverable count, timing and special requirements are confirmed in writing on WhatsApp before production begins.
Payment
A 50% advance confirms the project and begins production. The remaining 50% is due after review-preview approval and before the original-quality, watermark-free master is released. Displayed launch prices include all charges for the locked package scope.
Review and refinement
The package includes one completed creative made to the confirmed brief. A single consolidated Precision Refinement Pass is available for ₹50 for minor edit-level changes. New concepts, products, presenters, scripts or major directions are new creatives. Brief-compliance errors by Made Desirable are corrected without the refinement charge.
Client-supplied assets
The client confirms it has permission to supply and use all product images, brand names, logos, trademarks and other references. Product fidelity depends on the clarity and completeness of those references.
Delivery
The delivery schedule is agreed after the references and order quantity are reviewed. The final file is supplied through a private cloud link after full payment.
Usage rights
The purchasing brand may use the final ad across its own social channels, website, online store, listings and paid digital campaigns. Resale, sublicensing, stock/template redistribution and transfer for another brand’s use are prohibited unless separately agreed in writing.
Portfolio and AI disclosure
The launch portfolio consists of concept productions. UGC-style presenters may be fictional or AI-generated and are not real customer testimonials. AI-assisted production is combined with human creative direction, editing and quality control.
Performance disclaimer
Made Desirable supplies creative production. It does not guarantee sales, views, clicks, leads, profitability or campaign performance, which depend on the product, offer, media placement, targeting, spend and other factors.
Project-specific written agreement
Any cancellation, refund, unusual licensing, exclusivity or scope condition not stated on the website must be agreed in writing before payment. No universal refund promise is made in V1.
